About Me
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can tap into their authentic and honest selves. My approach is grounded in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and my belief in my clients’ ability for growth.
I strive to create an attuned, nonjudgmental space that serves as a secure base for exploration, healing, and change. I see counseling as an opportunity to develop new ways of connecting both inside and outside of the therapy room.
I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” model, and enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to find creative ways to cultivate awareness and self-compassion while facilitating personal and relational growth.
My Specialties
In sessions, I integrate mindfulness, expressive techniques, Gestalt, and parts-work informed interventions to support clients in connecting with their emotional inner worlds. My work is guided by attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, with an emphasis on how early relationships shape our present patterns and emotional bonds.
